Baltimore County police charge man with his cousin’s first-degree murder

(Updated 11/19/2023, 4:30pm) On November 18, the Baltimore County Police Department reported that their homicide detectives arrested 46-year-old Eddie Workman Jr. in connection to a murder that went down on Wednesday, November 15.

Background:  On November 15, officers from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Essex Precinct responded to the area of S. Seneca and New Section Road in Bowleys Quarters, regarding an unresponsive subject. When officers arrived, they located 36-year-old Kenneth W. Workman III, who had suffered trauma to his upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to an updated report from Fox 45 in Baltimore, Kenneth W. Workman III and Eddie Workman Jr. are cousins.

Eddie Workman Jr.  is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center; and he has been charged with his cousin’s first-degree murder.
