On April 28, Florida’s Volusia Sheriff’s Office sent out a ‘WANTED” notice for roofer scam artist Andrew Ingram of Busy Bee Roofing in Edgewater, Florida.  Tragically, for one homeowner, the 43-year-old Ingram is NOT a licensed roofer; but in November, he accepted a $21,000 deposit toward a new roof for a customer in Port Orange.

Ingram never applied for a permit, delivered material, or showed up on any of his promised start dates. After receiving several excuses, the victim demanded a refund – and never heard from Ingram again.

Andrew Ingram has an active arrest warrant out on him for Scheme To Defraud and Grand Theft. If you have information about his whereabouts, or if you’re a victim of his malpractice, please call the VSO Financial Crimes Unit at 386-254-1537.
