Career criminal Florida man taken down by Indian River County SWAT
Over the past several months, numerous drug calls, overdoses, and a variety of drug- related complaints have been reported in Vero Beach, Florida’s Stevens Park neighborhood. In an effort to address these concerns, detectives with the Special Investigations Section working with the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office (IRCSO) have been actively working multiple drug and similar investigations.
On July 8, IRCSO reported that one of those investigations came to a dramatic close. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the IRCSO SWAT team executed and served a narcotics search warrant at 36 46th Court.
The target of that drug search, Isaac Lloyd, was located and arrested on the following charges:
- Sale of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride within 1000’ of a convenience store
- Possession of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride
- Unlawful use of a two-way communications device (two counts)
- Sale of Morphine (two counts)
- Delivery of Fentanyl
- Possession of Morphine (two counts)
- Possession of Fentanyl (two counts)
- Possession of Cocaine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Trafficking in Morphine
- Trafficking in Hydromorphone Hydrochloride
Lloyd was found to be in possession of over 100 opioid pills, Fentanyl, and Cocaine at the time of his arrest.
Lloyd is a 33-time convicted felon in the State of Florida and has served four stints with the Florida Department of Corrections. Lloyd is currently being held at the Indian River County jail without bond.
