Cops need help identifying person of interest related to homicide and a separate assault case

Police in Detroit have sought the public’s help identifying a “person of interest.’  Police say that they’d like to speak with this individual in connection to a homicide on June 18 in the area of Holcomb and Canfield.

The Detroit Police Department’s person of interest is also wanted in connection to a felonious assault that occurred on June 7 in the 14200 block of E. Jefferson.

Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip to Detroit Rewards TV, call Detroit Police Homicide Unit at 313-596-2260, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP. All tips must include case number 2306070357/ 2306180014.
