Critics’ Choice Movie Awards: All the winners
Last night, the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, a show that’s been presented every year since 1996, was held last night by the American-Canadian Critics Choice Association to honor the finest in cinematic achievement for this year’s film ventures.
“The Power of the Dog” won Best Picture and Will Smith was awarded Best Actor for “King Richard.” The complete winners list appears further on down the screen.
“Belfast” and “West Side Story” led the Critics Choice Awards nominations with 11 each. “Belfast” ultimately won Best Acting Ensemble, Best Young Performer (Jude Hill), and Best Original Screenplay. “West Side Story” won Best Supporting Actress for Ariana DeBose and Best Editing. ~ Indi Wire
Streaming services HBO and HBO Max were also big winners last night having received a total of 10 wins at the 27th Annual Critics Choice Awards, the most of any network or streaming platform.
