Today, the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office reported arresting a man from Denver, Colorado, who they said was seen stroking himself in the Vero Beach Walmart parking lot – because he missed his Colorado girlfriend.  The lonely boy was identified by the sheriff’s office as 26-year-old Kyle Weiss of Denver.

A man who was arrested for masturbating in the parking lot of a Florida Walmart told police he took matters into his own hands because he missed his girlfriend.

The indecent incident happened Wednesday in Vero Beach, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The shopper who called in the complaint told the sheriff’s office that Weiss’ actions were visibly evident to the surrounding public and that he could be seen through the open window of his car. Deputies reported that when they caught up with Weiss, they witnessed an “obvious erection protruding in his shorts.”

The Denver man informed the arresting deputies that he was an Uber Eats delivery driver and was at Walmart conducting business as a food shopper.

Weiss tried to deny the fact that he was stroking himself in the parking lot, but had to fess up after being confronted with hard video surveillance evidence.  He went on to say that he didn’t realize that anyone could see him inside his car.
