Drug traffickers charged: Three busted with guns, large cache of narcotics

On January 10, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Special Response Team, executed a narcotics and firearms-related search warrant at the residence of 201 Spruce Street in Mary Esther, Florida. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of trafficking amounts of Heroin, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Amphetamine, and other narcotics-related offenses.

The seizure went down in Mary Esther on Thursday, January 6, and also resulted in the discovery and recovery of a total of five firearms – including one stolen firearm – and the arrests of three now charged with drug trafficking.

Timothy Garner, 43, was arrested and charged with Trafficking, Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jeremy Schnur, 46, was arrested and charged with:

  • Trafficking Heroin,
  • Trafficking Methamphetamine,
  • Trafficking Oxycodone,
  • Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance,
  • Convicted Felon in possession of a firearm, and
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  

“Schnur has a long history with the law. OCSO said he has faced robbery, battery and possession charges dating back to 1994,” according to WKRG

“His past convictions date back to 1994, with the most recent being in 2018 for possession of a controlled substance. He also has been convicted for robbery, burglary, possession of cocaine, improper exhibition of a weapon and aggravated battery,” according to Yahoo! News.

Tabitha Love, 24, was arrested and charged with Trafficking Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The weights seized were as follows:

  • Heroin: 79 grams
  • Methamphetamine: 119 grams
  • Amphetamine: 14 grams
  • Oxycodone pills: 229 units
  • Aplrazolam pills: 558 units
  • Cocaine: 15 grams
  • Fentanyl: 10 grams
  • Marijuana 127 grams
  • 4 firearms (one stolen)
