Fatal car crash in Anne Arundel County claims life of man from York, PA
On December 26, the Anne Arundel County Police Department (AACPD) announced that on December 26, at approximately 4:30 a.m., officers with the Eastern District were called to respond a single vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of Fort Smallwood Road and Lauren Way in Curtis Bay. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a 1994 Ford Mustang had left the roadway and collided into a tree.
The sole occupant and operator of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. The deceased was identified as 53-year-old Frank Howard of York, Pennsylvania,
The AACPD Traffic Safety Section is actively investigating the fatal Christmastime crash. Police ask that if anyone witnessed the incident or has any information regarding the crash to please contact them at (410) 222-8610.
