First arrest made in Tiki Lee’s Dock Bar assaults
On June 28, Baltimore County Police released a statement saying that their Investigative Services Team arrested the first of hopefully several future suspects involved in the June 16 melee that occurred in the area of Tiki Lee’s Dock Bar in the 4300-block of Shore Road in Sparrows Point, Maryland. Davvaughn William Howard, 22, of Benkert Avenue in Baltimore County was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault.
Howard is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections.
On June 16 at 12:44 am, Baltimore County Police received calls for a disturbance in the area of Shore Road. Once the officers arrived, they observed several individuals lying on the ground injured. Due to the large-scale disturbance, back up officers needed to be called into the area to control the situation.
Officers were able to determine that a group started a fight inside Tiki Lee’s. Security removed the group from the bar.
But as the group left, they walked up Shore Road and continued to assault random people. Police were able to identify numerous victims who were assaulted on Shore Road.
At least two of the victims required medical treatment. Detectives are continuing their investigation and need the public’s assistance in identifying additional suspects.
Police ask that if you have any video or information about this case, to please call the Dundalk Precinct, Investigative Services Team at 410-887-7309.
