Baltimore County Police arrested four men in connection with the shooting of a man in Lansdowne last month.  Back on March 8 at 5:44 a.m., police responded to the area of Virginia Avenue and McDowell Lane in Lansdowne after receiving a call regarding a shooting.

Upon arriving at the scene, responding officers found a man who had been shot several times while he was sitting in his car. The man was able to run to a nearby home and ask for help. He was transported to a local hospital by medics and is expected to survive.

The police investigation determined that several suspects approached a vehicle and fired multiple shots striking the victim. Detectives determined the suspects knew the victim and he was targeted in what police described as an isolated incident

Detectives arrested the following suspects, all hailing from Baltimore:

  • Theodore Antonio Alston, 29, of the 2500 block of East Federal Street;
  • Clay Nazzarae Hart, Jr., 23, of the 5400 block of Whitwood Road;
  • Darnell William Jones, 25, of the 1600 block of Lochwood Road; and
  • Dionte Terrell Johnson, 22, of the 1200 block North Patterson Park.

Each suspect faces attempted first degree murder, use of a firearm in a felony, and numerous other charges. They are currently held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no bail status.
