Georgia man jailed after holding South Carolina woman captive for months as his sex slave
In a horrific story that sounds like it could have been ripped from the pages of a “Criminal Minds” TV script, 22-year-old Ismael Patricio Aguirre from Georgia has been accused of kidnapping a woman from her home in Charleston, South Carolina over four months ago – and then holding her captive in a Waynesboro, Georgia, motel room where he routinely beat her and raped her.
In a desperate move, the woman managed to escape after faking a pregnancy. She convinced her captor that she needed to be seen by a doctor due to her pregnancy. And while at the hospital, she managed to seek help and report Aguirre.
After the woman arrived at Burke Health in Waynesboro, she informed employees there that she wasn’t really pregnant but had been kidnapped and needed rescuing from Aguirre. She said she’d been held captive by Aguirre for anywhere from four to six months.
According to a police report, the woman told investigators she was forced to perform work, have sex with Aguirre and eat and drink upon being ordered to do so. She said she would “basically be a puppet to his demands.”

Aguirre was taken into custody by the Waynesboro Police on Tuesday and charged with rape, kidnapping, aggravated assault, battery, and false imprisonment. He is currently being held without bail after being booked into the Burke County Jail, according to WLTX.
She told investigators that she faked the pregnancy “to try to stop Aguirre from beating and strangling her and that she needed help getting back to her family.”
