Harford Community College’s Division of Arts and Humanities presents an Evening of Jazz featuring Vibraphonist Steve Hobbs on Friday, October 12, at 8 PM in the College’s Joppa Hall, Recital Hall #1.

Hobbs released his third CD as a leader, Tribute to Bobby, in 2017. It went to number 1 on the JazzTimes Magazine’s music chart in early 2018. The CD reflects his friendship with his mentor and one of the greatest vibraphonist in Jazz history Bobby Hutcherson. Tribute to Bobby contains ten original compositions. Hobbs continues to tour with various jazz musicians both local and international.

Tickets for the concert are $1-$10 at LiveatHarfordCC.com, the HCC Ticket Office in the Chesapeake Center, or 443-412-2211.
