(February 26, 2025, 8:48 p.m.)  Just moments ago, the Anne Arundel County Police Department posted a notice seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and at-risk woman, Ms. Joan Ellen Popa.

She was last seen in the Pasadena area around 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 26.)

She may be driving a 2017 Chevy Equinox with MD tags 3FF6552.

Police ask that if you see Ms. Joan Ellen Popa, to please call 911.
