On February 28, Tennessee’s Metropolitan Nashville Police Department posted a notice stating that their Missing Persons detectives were searching for 44-year-old Emily Bradley, who was last seen February 18 leaving her home on Norvel Avenue in the town of Burns. Bradley reportedly drove away from that location in her silver 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with Florida tag 086PML with a noticeable dent on the trunk.  Police described the missing woman as being 5’2” tall weighing 125 pounds with blue eyes.

If you see Bradley or know her whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463 or the Department of Emergency Communications at 615-862-8600. ~ Metropolitan Nashville Police Department

Tragically, it was reported early this morning that Emily Bradley’s deceased body was found in Whites Creek near Buena Vista Pike.  Her body was recovered from that creek on Saturday, March 2.  Police in Nashville said the cause of her death “appears to be a blunt force trauma,” according to WSMV

Those close to Bradley say that her death could be the result of domestic violence.  Police are still searching for her 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, which has yet to be found.  Police have also reported that Emily’s phone was powered down on February18 and has never been turned back on since.

Emily’s father, Nick Bradley, had driven to Tennessee from Florida to post missing posters of his daughter.  “It’s pretty intense. It’s intensely terrible,” the elder Bradley told WKRN. “We don’t know what happened, but we think something bad has happened.”

Police have not yet disclosed any suspects associated with Emily’s death, which again appears to have been the result of a blunt force trauma. “Anyone with information on Bradley’s death or her missing vehicle are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463,” police said.
