In the latest of a string of bizarre incidents connected to 29-year-old Ezra Miller – the actor who portrayed DC superhero The Flash in the 2017 Justice League film and who will be starring in a release of his own The Flash movie scheduled for release in 2023 – the actor has now been charged with a felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, where he allegedly stole several bottles of booze from a private residence in that town.

According to the police report, Vermont State Police were notified of a burglary complaint from a residence in Stamford at 5:55 p.m. on May 1. Police found that several bottles of alcohol were taken from the residence while the homeowners were not present. After collecting statements and looking at surveillance videos, police found probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling. ~ Variety

Police in Vermont caught up with the actor just recently on August 7, cited him with that criminal charge and ordered him to appear for arraignment on September 26 in Vermont Superior Court.

Miller fans, and the public in general, are concerned about the actor’s behavior, police run-ins and mental health ever since he gained popularity thanks to his portrayal of The Flash.  “My mind moves too fast to properly focus to answer questions, because I’m a millennial, and I have ADHD,” says the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ actor and cover star of The Hollywood Reporter’s Next Gen issue.

And just this week, only days before the Vermont State Police news report, it was being widely reported that Miller was driving cross-country, armed, wearing a bulletproof vest, and paranoid that he was being followed by the KKK and FBI.

In March, Miller was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident in a bar, according to police. On April 19, the actor pleaded no contest and was fined $500 for the disorderly conduct charge, a court record shows. The harassment charge was dismissed. ~ CNN
