Ace News Today: Officials still looking for suspects in Patricia Burns’ 1988 cold case murder

Detectives with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office are looking for information to help solve this Cold Case from 1988.  The victim, Patricia Burns was living in the North Point Village in Dundalk, Maryland, at the time of her death.

On Wednesday July 6, 1988, at approximately 6:00 p.m., victim Patricia Burns was found deceased in the water along Winters Run Road in Edgewood. Once Burns was pulled out of the water she was found to have been stabbed to death. At the time of her murder, Patricia was 25 years old.

Detectives continue to keep the investigation into this crime open and active; however there are currently no suspects in her murder. Information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward. If you have any information about this case, please contact Detective K.
