Ormand Beach man arrested on 45 counts of child porn possession
On the evening of July 25, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office (VSO) headquartered in DeLand, Florida, announced the arrest of 33-year-old Nicholas P. Nisivoccia, of Misty Falls Drive in Ormond Beach. Nisivoccia was arrested on 45 counts of possessing child pornography following a VSO Child Exploitation Unit investigation of a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
After obtaining a search warrant, VSO detectives discovered explicit videos on Nisivoccia’s electronic devices which depict sexual abuse of female and male victims ranging in age from infant to 10 years old. Detectives believe he downloaded the images.
Nisivoccia was arrested on Thursday and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail pending his first court appearance.
