The police manhunt for suspected murderer 21-year-old Doujon Duwayne Griffiths continues as the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida once again asked the public’s assistance in helping to locate this individual.
Griffiths is accused of murdering 20-year-old Massania Malcolm and Massania’s baby girl, one-year-old Jordania, back on September 9, 2021. Griffiths is alleged to have shot and killed the mom who was found dead in her car in an Orlando parking lot. Baby Jordania was also found dead in the car, reportedly from heat exposure.
The two were found dead inside that car in a parking lot on Lake Ellenor Drive, according to Fox 35.
At a press conference held after the shooting, 3WEAR-TV quoted Orange County Sheriff Mina as saying that Griffiths, “… allegedly left that baby to die in that car. It’s disgusting. It’s truly an evil person. Whoever did that is going to have to pay for those crimes.”
Griffiths is also accused of shooting Jordania’s father, who survived the bullets from Griffith’s gun.
The father was found wounded on Tuesday and rushed to a hospital. A family member contacted law enforcement on Thursday, saying relatives had not been able to reach the shooting victim’s girlfriend and the baby. When investigators were able to interview the father, he told them that Griffiths was a family friend and that he was staying with Malcom, Jordania and the dad. But an argument ensued, Griffiths shot him and drove off with Malcom and Jordania.
