Tulsa son charged with shooting his dad to death

Yesterday, the Tulsa Police Department in Oklahoma reported on the arrest of a son who allegedly shot his father to death. On April 9 around 12:45 p.m., Officers were called out to the Garden Courtyard Apartments near 43rd and Garnett in East Tulsa for a shooting in the parking lot.
When Officers arrived, they found 37-year-old Ismeal King with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. King was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
According to court documents, Ismeal was in an Okmulgee church on Sunday when he got a phone call around 10:45 a.m. He was seen yelling into the phone and leaving the church service. Witnesses later saw Ismeal “screaming” at someone over the phone at an apartment complex near 41st and Garnett. A few minutes later, that witness heard gunshots. ~ Fox News.
Police initially believed that Ismeal King would survive his injuries, but unfortunately, that was not to be the case. On the day following the shooting, April 10, King died from his gunshot wounds.
Through their investigation, Tulsa P.D. Detectives identified Raterrius King, the victim’s son, as the suspect in the shooting. Raterrius King was charged with First Degree Murder on April 12 and he turned himself in to police that evening. He is being held on a $1,000,000 bond, according to 102.3 KMG,
