Twin teens in Baltimore charged as adults in first-degree attempted homicide stabbings
Two teenage brothers are being charged as adults following a triple stabbing in Windsor Mill, Maryland, on the evening of April 7. The twin teens, Jermaine Isaiah Foster and Jordan Tyrone Foster, both 15-years-old and both from the 2500 block of Elesmere Drive in Milford Mill, have been charged as adults with two counts each of Attempted First-Degree Homicide and three counts each of First-Degree Assault. Both are being held by Baltimore County Corrections on denied bail status pending bail review hearings.
The boys were arrested shortly after midnight following a physical fight with three neighbors in which at least one of the twins pulled out a knife and stabbed the victims.
Police were called to the 2500 block of Elesmere Drive in Milford Mill around 7:45 p.m. for the fight, which left an 18-year-old man suffering from life-threatening wounds to the upper body, a 40-year-old man suffering non-life threatening wounds to the upper body, and a 14-year-old boy suffering a cut to the upper body when he tried to break up the fight.
The fight began when the victims confronted the suspects and were attacked by the two teenage boys. The 14-year-old boy had sought help from the victims after a verbal exchange with the two teenage boys at a nearby playground.
Both of the adult victims were transported to an area hospital following the fight. The juvenile was treated for his cuts at the scene.
The twin teens fled the scene prior to arrival of police but were identified as the suspects and arrested a few hours later.
