Unidentified decomposing remains discovered in Pompano Beach home
Yesterday, Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) homicide detectives reported that they are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding human remains that were found on Sunday afternoon.
At approximately 2:19 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, BSO deputies responded to a call in reference to human remains that were located at 1825 N.W. 3rd St. in Pompano Beach, Florida. When deputies arrived, they located the decomposing remains of an unidentified male and set up a crime scene. BSO homicide and crime scene detectives responded and are currently investigating.
Broward County Medical Examiner personnel responded and transported the victim to their office for identification. The Sheriff’s Office has not yet released any additional details.
According to redfin.com and Zillow, the residence located at 1825 N.W. 3rd St. last sold on January 16, 2019 for a reported $182,000.
This case in an active and ongoing death investigation.
