Positions available include:
Security Officer, Ticket Operations Staff, Guest Services Event Staff, Ambassador, Premium Concierge Event Staff, Host / Hostess, and Ballpark Service Crew

The Miami Marlins and Loan Depot Park provide a first-class guest experience, and are looking for home run hires across multiple departments to join the club’s All-Star staff. Prospects looking to step up to the plate and join the team are invited to Loan Depot Park on Tuesday, February 8 for a Job Fair to fill event-staff and gameday positions for the 2022 season and ballpark events. The job fair will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Interested candidates must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Complimentary parking is available in the First Base Garage.

Positions Available
Security Officer
The Security Officer (Part-Time) is responsible for the incident reporting and general security operations directly associated with protecting the facility, our patrons, and employees. In this role you will protect the ballpark infrastructure and assets. Security officer personnel will be trained in our security best practices, operating security systems, two-way radios, CCTVs, and screening systems. This role investigates incidents, completes reports, administers employee and guest screenings, and patrols the facility.
Ticket Operations
The Ticket Operations Event Staff position is responsible for selling tickets, distributing will-call and servicing our guests at all Marlins home games and Loan Depot Park events with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Guest Services
The Guest Services Event Staff will serve as one of the primary points of contact for all Loan Depot Park guests during games, special events, and tours.
Ambassador
The Miami Marlins Ambassador will be responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing fans valuable instruction and information in adopting the Ballpark app as their resource for all Marlins content during their gameday experience. Miami Marlins Ambassadors also serve as 50/50 Raffle attendees to promote raffle ticket sales for the Miami Marlins Foundation.
Premium Concierge Event Staff
The Premium Concierge Event Staff will be responsible for providing all fans and clients in premium areas with a first-class experience. Premium Concierge staff will also assist with ticketing at ingress, making sure tickets are scanned properly and guests find their seats quickly and safely. Premium Concierge staff will also provide excellent service and ensure any problem or concern a guest may have is handled efficiently and professionally, with the primary goal of enhancing the guest’s overall experience.
Host/Hostess
The Miami Marlins are looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess. Will serve as frontline and highly-visible information resource for all guests entering The Club at Loan Depot Park, including detailed knowledge of the ballpark and all of its amenities and features. For this role, the host/hostess top priority is making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive until departure from The Club.
Ballpark Service Crew
The position of Ballpark Services Crew, under the direction of the Manager, Ballpark Services, shall be responsible for assisting with all event/game day setup and breakdown work performed at Loan Depot Park. The Ballpark Services Setup Crew will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and clean storage areas.
