{"id":18227,"date":"2022-06-10T11:07:43","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T15:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acenewstoday.com\/?p=18227"},"modified":"2022-06-10T11:07:57","modified_gmt":"2022-06-10T15:07:57","slug":"video-voyeurism-sunglass-hut-manager-charged-after-taping-woman-using-shop-bathroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acenewstoday.com\/video-voyeurism-sunglass-hut-manager-charged-after-taping-woman-using-shop-bathroom\/","title":{"rendered":"Video Voyeurism: Sunglass Hut manager charged after taping woman using shop bathroom"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Wednesday, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) reported charging a store employee in Destin, Florida, with video voyeurism, a third-degree felony, after a woman found his cell phone recording her using the business’ bathroom one day earlier. \u00a0The store employee told the victim she could use the restroom if she needed to, although it is not open to the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sheriff-okaloosa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">OCSO<\/a> arrested 47-year-old Ernest Moschino of Crestview at the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/stores.sunglasshut.com\/us\/fl\/destin\/10676-emerald-coast-pkwy-w\" target=\"_blank\">Sunglass Hut<\/a> shop on Harbor Boulevard. \u00a0The OCSO arrest report lists Moschino\u2019s job title as \u201cmanager\u201d of the Sunglass Hut shop, according to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wkrg.com\/northwest-florida\/okaloosa-county\/destin-store-employee-charged-with-recording-woman-in-bathroom\/\" target=\"_blank\">WKRG<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim said she spotted the phone and found it was recording her live in the bathroom while she was using the toilet. She confirmed it was recording, sent the video to her own phone, and then deleted it from the defendant’s phone.
